Today....

...is just a day, like any other. *Grins* Though thankfully it comes after two days lacking in the usual stresses of work. I went to a fantastic performance and got my first taste of lamb stew. So much nicer tasting than beef. :D

One of my roleplaying characters is becoming my favorite. I can literally see SO many different avenues she can travel down.

Fiction & Fanfiction Progress Report:

• 'Pivot' - a Buffy: the Vampire Slayer slashfic. Chapter Six, named "Subterfuge" is now up. I need to actually re-read the chapter myself (Actually it should be the entire story, but meh...) to get a handle on where I am. Chapter seven, still untitled will soon be going into production.
  
• 'Improbable' - a Kim Possible fanfic. Chapter 3, entitled "All About Me" is in progress. Really! I've already finished the first page.
  
• 'Revisited Pasts' - Personally requested... no longer being updated! Final decision. There's just no point to writing something like that. I've also had a bit of a falling out with the requestor, so...that made it an easy decision! :-D
  
• 'Prisoner' - original fic... on hiatus still. But that might be changing soon.
  
• 'Under A Primal Sky' - An UBER Xena: Warrior Princess piece of fiction... Chapter 1...still waiting to be typed.
  
• 'Contracts & Disclosurs' - A Xena: Warrior Princess fanfic. Chapter 1 still untitled, but now in progress.
  
• 'Battle of the Sexes' - An original romance novel. I last touched it in 2001 and am revamping and revising and rewriting (telling me those three words all mean the same will lose you points! It's for emphasis dangit!) the entire 120+ pages from scratch. Adding on will be a better title, better dialogue and a helluva lot more maturity.
  

Other tidbits?

Strangely enough, I haven't yet finished the book: "Wicked"...not as of yet. I've been spending time between rp posts, looking at other fanfics, drooling over some of them and reading severely cheesy romance novels. I'm thinking the story I'll be writing will be a lot more advanced.

I've been pretty worried lately. Such to the extent that I was sufficiently distracted from most of the roleplaying I had been doing. Imagine THAT, huh? Also, school is starting back up soon. Let's see how much it interferes with updates and writing, hmm?

Today....

I'm in a lot of places, eh? *Chuckles.* But let's get on track here, hmm? I'm currently working on chapters of Pivot. I did get offtrack with the fanfic I wanted to write for YogurthFrost's piece "Without You". Chapter 4 of Pivot has proven to be a bit of a challege for me to even write. Because when you put together my lack of inspiration and depression in '07 and blend in loosing notes and LOSING notes... Arg.

I would love...simply LOVE to say that I am completely free of guilt from ignoring my writing and sinking into a pit. But I'm not.

My artwork is crap, in my opinion. But... I can't say the same for my fictions. I'm also opening up to take fanfiction requests. Little stories, ditties and the like. Along with fanfiction, I'll be taking other requests too. If within reason. ^^;
